  • Open box delivery: During an “open box” delivery, if you find a damaged or wrong product, a refund or replacement will be initiated immediately. However, if you accept the delivery, you cannot request a return later, except for manufacturing defects.
  • Non-returnable products: Some products, including blank media, CDs/DVDs, ink toners, and Apple brand products, are not eligible for returns.
  • Cancellation policy: You can cancel an order for free within a specific timeframe after placing it. A cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel after this window.
  • Refunds: For cash-on-delivery orders in an open box delivery, cash is refunded on the spot if the product is rejected.
